As President of Miracle Caring Group Home (MCGH), Ms Katia Despagne brings compassionate leadership and a deep commitment to quality care. A dedicated and experienced nurse, she combines her clinical expertise with a heartfelt passion for improving the lives of individuals with medical and developmental needs. Under her guidance, MCGH upholds the highest standards of care, safety, and dignity for every resident. Her hands-on nursing background allows her to lead with empathy, ensuring that both staff and residents feel valued, supported, and respected.
